Accounting Consultant | Polish Speaker

About the role...

We are looking for a Polish Speaking Accounting Consultant, to join our Business Services & Outsourcing team in Oporto, Setubal or Lisbon. As an Accounting Consultant, you'll ensure a wide scope of specific accounting and administrative activities in the Record to Report team. A result-oriented mindset is welcome and analytical skills are required to meet our quality standards.

The role brings important tasks:

• Handling daily volume/target of transactions;
• Supporting and solving customer queries via e-mail or phone;
• Submit declarations to the Polish Tax Authorities (declarations are reviewed by an external expert) or other Governmental Polish Agencies;
• Comply to internal requirements, accomplish required activities as per deadlines;
• Ensure compliance on the quality of deliverables;
• Identify and recommend processes to the continuous improvement opportunities;
• Ensure to standard operating procedures/training while executing the task;
• Effectively and timely communicate issues among internal stakeholders, building up constructive relationships with teams;
• Attend calls and other business communications, as necessary.

To join our team...

You must have...

• Academic background in financial/accounting area;
• One or two years of working experience in financial/accounting area;
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
• Native in Polish or any Eslavic langage and English proficient (mandatory);
• Basic Portuguese language is welcome but not mandatory.
