Business Analyst-Payroll Transformation

• +5 years of experience in Business Analysis, with proven experience in gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business requirements across different projects and stakeholder environments.
• Responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting basic data analysis, and supporting senior analysts in the development of solutions
• Assist in creating workflow charts, diagrams, and reports to aid decision-making processes
• Assist in running workshops using proven techniques for creating detailed business, functional and non-functional requirements
• Assist in the creation of the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and help in preparing user stories and use cases.
• Analyse business objectives, functions and processes
• Responsible for the completion of Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
• Create process flows / maps to the defined Process Playbook
• Accurately capture and document requirements in the Business Requirements Document (BRD)
• Organise and facilitate requirements workshops to gather business requirements from stakeholders and review existing ones to produce detailed business requirement specification documents
• Apply and monitor the use of modelling and analysis tools
• Responsible for understanding client requirements, seeking to fully address client needs, identifying, evaluating and recommending options
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Payrol experience in European countries: Workday/UKG/HR/HCM experience

• The opportunitie is remote but the candidate must already be based in Portugal.
