Business Application Specialist

This role is key in ensuring that our business applications operate seamlessly, enabling high-performance operations across multiple domains. You will act as a trusted partner to the business, bridging technology and operations, and contributing to the continuous elevation of our systems, processes, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide application support across multiple business systems, ensuring reliability and performance
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents with efficiency and attention to detail
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT, translating needs into effective solutions
• Support and participate in system implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners/vendors
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and system accuracy
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices
• Identify opportunities to optimize systems and enhance user experience
• Contribute to a culture of excellence, responsiveness, and continuous improvement

Profile:

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in application support roles
• Proven experience supporting multiple business applications
• Experience in complex, multi-system environments (retail, hospitality, or similar sectors is a plus)

Functional Knowledge:

• Accounting and finance processes
• Billing and customer management
• Supplier management and accounts payable
• Logistics and warehouse management

Technical Skills:

• Experience with ERP systems (preferably Cegid Primavera)
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
• Basic understanding of databases (SQL is a plus)
• Experience with system integrations (APIs, ETL) is valued
