Buyer Specialist

Mission:

Nothing we build flies without the parts you buy. Tekever makes unmanned aircraft that fly real missions. You'll own a commodity portfolio outright and be measured on one thing: the right parts, the right price, on the day production needs them. We're doubling output — build the supply base that carries it.

What will be your responsibilities:

• Advanced knowledge about electronics, specifically PCBA and harnesses/cabling;
• Extensive contact with suppliers and internal clients following up order status;
• Negotiation and management of purchases, tenders for the acquisition of materials and services;
• Proposal analysis, and preparation of recommendations based on results obtained;
• Negotiation and management of supply agreements;
• Market research to identify and select potential suppliers;
• Review and follow up on purchase requests for materials and service execution;
• Research alternative suppliers to reduce costs, improve quality and service, and optimize processes.

Profile and requirements:

• Minimum education: High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in areas such as Management, Electronics, Mechanics or similar;
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Procurement and/or Engineering roles (preferably in Industrial or Production sectors);
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability;
• Results-oriented mindset;
• Language requirements: Advanced command of Portuguese and English, with proven proficiency at C2 level in both languages;
• Proactive, dynamic, and with strong interpersonal skills.
