Job Purpose

To ensure that all bank movements are correctly recognized and duly supported in the accounting books.

Responsibilities

Responsible for daily monitoring and controlling on the bank posting process;
Prepare and record daily bank entries by compiling and analysing bank statement and G/L account information;
To collaborate with other teams to get the necessary information to proceed with bank postings;
Responsible for the execution of the monthly bank reconciliations;
To document month end bank evidences and supports;
To collaborate with other teams to provide reports based on the bank accounting entries;
Continuous improvement processes related to bank postings and bank reconciliations;
Provide training and support to team's Accountants;
Prepare and review intercompany cash flow position at month end;
Provide assistance to the Team Lead;
Perform other reporting duties or ad-hoc tasks as required by the line manager.
