We are looking for a Controlling Analyst BA EMEA to join our team in Portugal, for a replacement period of approximately 2 years.

As Controller Analyst you will be responsible for the end-to-end Actuals, Forecast, and Budget processes for all BA EMEA HQ cost centers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Controlling of the Primary Costs of HQ cost centers for BA EMEA for the complete process of Actual, FC and Budget;
• Operative Headcount controlling for HQ functions of BA EMEA for the complete process;
• Drive the development and enhancement of the Power BI – based Cost Center Reporting Tool to support cost center owners with comprehensive cost and headcount tracking;
• Ensure correct monthly Headcount reporting for entire BA EMEA HQ Function to Accounting;
• Management and documentation of the BA-wide role concept for all HQ functions;
• Ensure compliant setup and maintenance of eSR roles as well as VIM and CEOS authorizations.
