Domestic Couple - Herdade do Peral

Herdade do Peral is currently recruiting a Domestic Couple with a high sense of responsibility and versatility. Previous experience in Hospitality or Rural Tourism will be highly valued.

We are looking for candidates with:

• Proficiency in table service skills (proper etiquette, discretion, and service rules).
• Experience in hospitality and high-standard guest service.
• Experience in agricultural work and land management.
• General infrastructure maintenance (knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and minor repairs).
• Maintenance of outdoor spaces and equipment.
• Mandatory mastery of traditional Alentejo cuisine.
• Management and cleaning of the main residence, ensuring organization and care of materials and linens.

• Primary workplace: Herdade do Peral (Évora/Redondo).
• Accommodation: Provided in an independent house on the property.
• Mobility: Mandatory availability to relocate and stay in the Comporta area during the summer season.

Additional requirements:

• Proven experience in similar roles (hospitality or Rural turism is a plus);
• Polished appearance, discretion, and honesty;
• Portuguese and english speakers;
• Driving license;
• References from previous employers.
