Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure flawless guest journeys from pre-arrival to post-departure;
  • Proactively resolve guest concerns with discretion and efficiency;
  • Maintain personalized service standards aligned with ultra-luxury positioning;
  • Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement service enhancements;
  • Oversee daily operations across Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and F&B
  • Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and room readiness;
  • Maintain operational efficiency while preserving a warm, welcoming environment;
  • Enforce compliance with brand standards and service protocols;
  • Lead, coach, and inspire guest-facing teams;
  • Conduct training programs focused on luxury service delivery;
  • Manage staffing schedules and performance evaluations;
  • Foster a culture of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellence;
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to ensure service alignment;
  • Facilitate communication between operational teams;
  • Support VIP guest planning and special event coordination;
  • Analyze guest feedback, online reviews, and internal reports;
  • Identify areas for service innovation and operational refinement;
  • Implement SOP improvements to elevate the guest experience.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality operations.
  • Previous leadership experience in a hotel, resort, or private members club.
  • Fluent in English (Portuguese and additional languages are an advantage).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High emotional intelligence and problem-solving capacity
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep understanding of luxury service culture
