In the heart of Avenida da Liberdade, the new Kiosk JNcQUOI is seeking a Head Waiter who can turn excellence into consistency and service into identity. True leadership is not imposed — it is felt. We are looking for someone who can orchestrate service with precision, inspire teams by example, and understand that every detail contributes to an unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the entire front-of-house operation, ensuring premium standards;
• Lead, train, and motivate the team;
• Manage reservations, service flow, and key service moments;
• Ensure efficient communication between the dining room, bar, and kitchen;
• Resolve situations with discretion, elegance, and speed;
• Ensure consistency in the guest experience.

Profile

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality;
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills;
• High emotional intelligence and customer-focused mindset;
• Obsessive attention to detail;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional languages are a plus).
