Production Supervisor

ROLE:

• Supervise daily production to ensure targets, quality standards, and safety procedures, in a food/supplement manufacturing environment
• Coordinate production operators to ensure efficient workflow
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement immediate corrective actions
• Plan production and maintain accurate records
• Ensure materials are available for production
• Report production performance and issues to the Production Manager
• Support training and onboarding of new production staff

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree or technical training in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production, or similar (preferred)
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments
• Previous experience supervising teams (preferred)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Good Excel skills and comfortable with technology
• Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and attention to detail
