Sommelier - JNcQUOI Beach Club (Seasonal)

The Sommelier role at JNcQUOI Beach Club is responsible for delivering an exceptional, curated, and seamless wine experience that enhances the overall guest journey from arrival to departure.

This position acts as a key ambassador of the dining experience, guiding guests, members, and VIP clients through a refined and personalized wine selection while upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality, product expertise, and service excellence aligned with the JNcQUOI brand.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and curate the wine list in line with the Beach Club concept;
• Provide expert wine recommendations tailored to guest preferences;
• Ensure proper wine service standards and presentation;
• Oversee wine inventory, storage, and stock control;
• Train and support the service team on wine knowledge and upselling.

Profile:

• Proven experience as Sommelier in luxury hospitality or fine dining;
• Strong knowledge of international wines and wine pairing;
• WSET or equivalent certification (preferred);
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (additional languages are valued);
• Availability to work weekends and during peak summer season.
