Regulatory Reporting Manager

What you'll be doing:

• Serving as the technical authority on LCR Delegated Regulation, CRR frameworks, and EBA standards.
• Reviewing EBA Q&As and supervisory guidance to assess balance sheet impacts and drive policy alignment.
• Translating legal and regulatory texts into precise functional specifications and calculation engine logic across liquidity products.
• Managing the technical classification, data integrity, and end-to-end production of EBA liquidity returns (LCR, NSFR, ALMM, and AE).
• Directing the technical validation and weekly submission of short-term and joint liquidity templates.
• Analysing short-term liquidity stress and cash-flow mismatches for senior stakeholders.
• Partnering with Treasury, Risk, and Legal teams to evaluate product structuring and collateral eligibility.

What you'll need:

• 9+ years of experience in EU regulatory reporting or regulatory policy.
• Solid command of CRR legal text and the LCR Delegated Act.
• Expertise in producing, auditing, or configuring EBA returns and weekly submissions.
• A granular understanding of bank balance sheet mechanics, derivative collateralisation, and HQLA eligibility.
• Impressive technical proficiency in querying database schemas using SQL and drafting BRDs.
• Excellent communication skills to explain dense regulatory requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
