We are currently looking for Polish and English speakers Customer Support.

If you are you fluent in oral and written Polish and English, we have the job for you!

Your mission:

With the tools acquired during our initial training, you will be in charge of the management of several files:

• Receiving incoming calls;
• Management of commercial and/or technical disputes;
• Administrative tasks: documentation management and database updating;
• Contact with customers to resolve pending situations.

Your profile:

• Polish and English native or bilingual;
• Computer literacy (easily browse different software programs in parallel);
• Customer focus;
• Goal oriented and analytical thinking;
• Ability to communicate effectively and objectively;
• Ability to actively listen and respond to customers;
• Call Center experience is a plus for you.
